The game modes (g_gameMode)
There are 7 game modes:

0 = Normal
1 = Instant Gib
2 = Rocket Arena
3 = Sniper Arena
4 = Melee Arena
5 = Super Merc/Jedi
6 = Instant Disrupt

To any of these game modes any number of the following options can be added by adding the numbers to the game mode:

8 = Low Gravity
16 = With Force Jump
32 = Start with JetPack
64 = Start with Grappling Hook
128 = Start with Teleporter Gun
256 = Respawn timer (20 sec)
Examples:
Instant Gib game mode with low gravity would be 1 + 8 = 9

Sniper arena with jetpack would be 3 + 32 = 35

Rocket Arena with force jump and teleporter gun would be 2 + 16 + 128 = 146
